Steven Mattos, RODP

Steven McCaleb Mattos is the founder and principal of The Pyramus Group, LLC providing individual and team developmental coaching. He has over 15 years of sales, operations, quality management, and global project management experience with leading biotechnology organizations such as Becton Dickinson Bioscience and Applera Corporation.

Steven partners with entrepreneurs, small business, and fortune 500 organizations to effect leading edge breaththroughs in team and individual performance. He holds a B.S. in Biological Science, and has studied extensively at the graduate level in pharmaceutics and molecular biology at University of the Pacific and Smith College.

He is experienced in quality improvement, change processes and team training, facilitation, and development. He is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International and a Registered Organizational Development Professional.

Steven is an active member of the Organizational Development Network, and on staff at Corporate Coach University International.
